Driver Text Alerts (Optional)

This page only turns text messages on or off. It is not a login, not an account signup, and not part of any purchase, application, or hiring step. Text alerts are off for every driver unless the driver turns them on here, and you can decline and keep using Harlo, your carrier's dispatch, and everything else exactly as you do today.

Harlo is the dispatch software your carrier uses. If you want load and dispatch updates sent to your phone as text messages, turn them on below. If you don't, press “No thanks” or just close this page — nothing happens either way.

Turn text alerts on (optional)

See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Mobile information collected for SMS consent will not be shared or sold to third parties or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text alerts are optional and are off unless you turn them on here. Declining changes nothing about your job, your pay, your loads, or your access to Harlo — this page does not create an account and is not part of signing in.

If you don't want text messages

Press “No thanks — don't text me” on the form, or simply leave this page. You will not be texted, nothing is recorded, and no part of Harlo, your employment, or your dispatch depends on it. Consent to messaging is never required to use Harlo or to work for a carrier that uses Harlo, and it is not part of our Terms of Service — agreeing to those terms does not sign you up for texts.

What you'll get

First message after you sign up:

Harlo: You are signed up for dispatch and load alerts from [Carrier Name]. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

A typical load assignment:

Harlo: New load assigned by [Carrier Name]. Load 10482. Pick up Joliet, IL Aug 22 8:00 AM. Deliver Columbus, OH Aug 23 2:00 PM. Reply STOP to opt out.

Operational notices about your own work only — assignments, dispatch, and schedule changes. No marketing, no promotions, and your number is never sold, rented, or shared with anyone for marketing.

Frequency, cost, and stopping

Message frequency varies with your workload — typically a few messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop all further messages, or HELP for help. You can also ask your dispatcher to turn them off, or email support@goharlo.com.

What you're agreeing to

I agree to receive text messages from Harlo on behalf of my employer about my load assignments, dispatch, and schedule at the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of employment or of any purchase.

We store the number you enter, this exact wording, and the date and time you submitted it. See the Privacy Policy for what we do with your number, and SMS Consent for the full disclosure.

Reviewing this page

Verifying the opt-in flow without a driver account? Enter 000-000-0000 as the mobile number. The form walks the full flow and confirms on screen, but records no consent and sends no messages. “No thanks — don't text me” shows the decline path: no number required, nothing recorded, nothing withheld.
